Hailing from  the Southwestern musical hotbed of Austin, Texas, singer and frontman Dusty Borchardt remained there until his family relocated to Oklahoma City in 1989.  He was classically trained in music as a saxophonist and played alto and tenor sax for 8 years, before giving it up to pursue other interests.  At the age of 28, Dusty returned to his musical roots and began teaching himself to play the guitar.  Four years later, while jamming with a few friends, Dusty was introduced to Fred Voltz, bassist and founder of Blonde Alibi.  Fred was impressed with Dusty's soulful and energetic  vocals and asked that he join Blonde Alibi as its frontman.  Dusty agreed and has been collaborating with Fred ever since. Dusty brings his various grundge and other rock influences to the table, which not only include Soundgarden, Alice in Chains and Nirvana, but also the classic influences of Tom Petty and the Rolling Stones.

6 foot 5 inch Lead Guitarist "Big John" Fluetter was Born in New Jersey and stayed there until he joined the Air Force in 1986. After his stint in the Air Force, Big John traveled the world working with a company that engineers cutting edge aircraft technology that he's not supposed to talk about. As a guitarist, he is a 23 year experienced "woodshed" perfectionist of his craft, counting greats like George Lynch and Michael Schenker among his influences, as well as Angus Young, Billy Gibbons and Alex Lifeson of Rush. John, being more involved in the studio end of things than live performance, counts as his main "live" band a group that he refers to only as "The Forgetables" who gigged in, of all places, Saudi Arabia. Fluetter brings a fine-tuned ear and great blues-metal style to the Blonde Alibi talent pool. John loves quality gear, so he plays his favorite Gibson Les Paul through his "Ball Bustin', blazin' Marshall" amp!
Fred Thunder Voltz

Born in Seattle and raised in Portland, former glam rocker Fred "Thunder" Voltz is def a product of the West Coast music scene of the 80s and early 90s.  Fred rose in stature in the Portland music scene with his trademark  Loud and Booming bass style as well as charismatic stage presence, as seen in top Portland melodic metal bands such as Tokyo, Cyclone and Grand Vision. Turned down a spot touring with Yngvie Malmsteen's and Ron Keel's former band "STEELER" in favor of making a name for himself in Portland. There is nothing subtle about Fred's style, musically or on stage. The airplay of his song "Broken Rainbows" in both the Northwest and the Deep South earned him respect as a songwriter as well. His band, Grand Vision ( which Motley Crue's Vince Neil described as "great foreplay before great sex"), rose to the top of the hard rock scene in Portland, opening shows for national acts like Pat Travers, Montrose and the Alameda Allstars (members of Nightranger and 38 Special), as well as setting attendance records in Portland venues when headlining their own shows.Fred came to Oklahoma in 2004 as a High School teacher, and eventually began jamming with vocalist  Dusty Borchardt and Big John Fluetter , leading to the formation of Blonde Alibi. Fred's musical  influences include some of the most popular rock bands of the 70s and 80s such as Styx, KISS and Van Halen.  As a bassist, Fred's style has been compared to Duff McKagan of Guns N'Roses. Fred plays an original prototype Ibanez RB800 bass through SWR and Gallien Krueger amplification.

Native Oklahoman Jeff Meadows is regarded as one of the top drummers in Oklahoma City. Blonde Alibi's "Weapon of Mass Percussion" began playing drums at the age of 12 and played in his first band, "Against the Grain" in Norman, Ok. Jeff then moved into country-rock and spent 8 years turning on crowds in Oklahoma City with the popular band "Runnin Hot". But he never loved lost his taste for metal, and hooked up with a Metal Shop franchise. Looking for more creative freedom and "something different", Jeff attended a Blonde Alibi show and knew he had found his answer: The hard rockin' "Loud and Proud" music he loved and the freedom to express it the way he wanted to. Jeff auditioned for the band and we are so glad he did! Meadows' influences include the legendary Buddy Rich, Motley Crue's Tommy Lee and Alex Van Halen. He plays on hand-made GMS drums, adorned with Sabian cymbals.
